I dry hopped with pellets in a hop bag. As I kegged I realized that the hop bag was not tied tightly shut and some fine hop particles were floating, suspended in my beer. After a few days in the keg I drew a taste. It was great but I noticed fine hop particles floating. I waited another few days and it has cleared a bit but the particles floating are still noticable. Again, the beer tastes great. Will my beer eventually clear or am I just going to have to ignore the looks and focus on the taste?
Both. Eventually the particles will settle. But, that shouldn’t matter and I would drink it now as those hop flavors/aromas will fade over time. Keeping it cold will help them settle out quicker.
