Got some kveik yeast in the mail last friday. Took longer to get the package this time to come to the island. Damm even paid extra to get it fast here. Question how long does it stay fine. Took 5days longer than normal. By fedex.
Probably lost a few cells just start building it up and then when you get a healthy amount split it and save some in the refrigerator
Yes, build up your starter, and split it, I’ve had some over 6 months in the fridge, under a beer cap… It worked fine… Sneezles61
