How long does canned (pressure cooked) wort last?

I have some pressurized mason jars of it that are a year and a half old. you guys have any concerns about using it? My thoughts are : so what if it’s a little “stale”, it’s just for a starter.


If you did it right, it s safe to say that you will have used it up long before it can go ‘bad’.

I concur. If properly done and stored someplace reasonably cool and dark (pantry, closet), it should keep for many months. Watch the lids just like preserves - if they pop-up, bad things have happened.
