Hot break?

Hello yesterday I did a brew I collected 7 gal to boil for 90min an I used 10 drops of FERMCAP-S an I notice there was no hot break during the 90min boil is this normal when useing FERMCAP-S?

I use the Fermcap-S. Its purpose is to help prevent boil overs by reducing foam formation. I’m not sure how it does that though. It might possibly be doing something with prevention of coagulation of some of the hot break proteins. Honestly, I’ve not paid attention to the amount of hot break during the boil since I started using it. Did you still see it at the bottom of your boil kettle when you drained the kettle?
