Just wondering how long you guys will use stored hops if they have been vacuum sealed and kept in the freezer?
A pretty long time.
Open up the ones you are worried about and smell them, if they smell cheesy toss 'em. If they smell hoppy use 'em.
I’ve had hops still good after five years.
