Hops in 1 gal. Bourbon Barrel kit different from recipe

I’m just getting ready to brew the 1 gallon Bourbon Barrel Porter kit and checking ingredients in the kit against the recipe. It calls for 3.5 grams of Chinook hops, which are in the kit and 3.5 grams of Willamette hops - these are not in the kit and instead there is 3.5 grams of UK Kent Goldings.

I’ve called the store and the brewer hotline and no one answers, I think they might be closed for inventory today. Does anyone have an opinion/suggestion on using the UK Kent Goldings instead of the Willamette??

I’d like to go ahead and brew this today as will not have another chance for at least a week.
