One year ago today I brewed Papazian’s “Palalia IPA”. It’s been a phenomenal journey, and in four days I’ll be training to become full time brewer. It’s hard to believe that so many of my goals have been realized in such a short period, and every step of the way I have had some very helpful strangers. :cheers: Thanks as always guys.
Also, my Brew Years Resolutions are almost complete: 5 out of 6 new yeast strains experimented with, yeast care is light years better than it was in January, and I’m about to harvest yeast from my first sour. Good times full speed ahead.
