Screwed up! Had more than one brew going into secondary and ended up dry hopping the wrong one…added hops (1oz Centennial) to my Hope & King Scotch Ale instead of my Dead Ringer IPA… is my Scotch Ale a “Dead Ringer” lost Cause???..will it be drinkable??? :cheers:
It will be great. You can always just call it an amber ale instead of a Scotch ale if it tastes too hoppy. Not a big deal.
