Did see a beer a hophamer. Ipa. Think gonna brew this saturday at the brewery. It has 6 kind of hops. 4 during the boil and two at flame out. Only thing it ask for columbus and magnum. I did run out of. These hops. But got lots of cascade and williamette at the brewery. So think. Gonna use. These. And for dry hop. Cetenial. Did compare. The hops. They come pretty close
Those three hops should make a good IPA, maybe a little less “dank” without the Columbus.

Thinking the same thing. Actualy. But thats saturday. Friday. Brew day. Either a kriek. Or a witbier. Both a never did try.
