Hop schedule advice IPA

I am brewing an IPA this weekend. I have 2 ounces of each of the following: colombus, chinook, cascade, and centennial. I also have 1 oz of Hallertau. This is a five gallon batch. OG est is 1.082. What kind of schedule do you recommend? Thanks…

Untitled Beer-2

Recipe specifics:

Style: Imperial IPA
Batch size: 5.5 gal
Boil volume: 7.2 gal
OG: 1.082
FG: 1.020
Bitterness (IBU): 80.6
Color (SRM): 11.8
ABV: 8.0%

Grain/Sugars:

14.00 lb Maris Otter Malt, 87.5%
1.00 lb CaraPils, 6.2%
1.00 lb Crystal 50-60L (British), 6.2%

Hops:

1.00 oz Columbus (AA 15.4%, Pellet) 60 min, 43.4 IBU
0.50 oz Columbus (AA 15.4%, Pellet) 20 min, 13.2 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade (AA 8.3%, Pellet) 15 min, 5.8 IBU
1.00 oz Chinook (AA 11.5%, Pellet) 10 min, 11.8 IBU
1.00 oz Chinook (AA 11.5%, Pellet) 5 min, 6.5 IBU
1.00 oz Cascade (AA 8.3%, Pellet) 0 min, 0.0 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial (AA 9.0%, Pellet) 0 min, 0.0 IBU
0.50 oz Cascade (AA 6.6%, Pellet) dry hop
1.00 oz Centennial (AA 9.0%, Pellet) dry hop
0.50 oz Columbus (AA 15.4%, Pellet) dry hop

That will get a pretty close to balance bitter to grain ratio.

Leave the hallertau for something else.

I have nothing to add. This looks great and I might want to brew it.

Wait! I can insert an opinion: what about .5oz of the Chinooks or CTZ’s as a FWH?

good idea. split the 60 minute addition. 0.5 fwh 0.5 oz 60,min

Well, I guess that is pretty well covered. I was going to suggest pretty much the same thing. Happy brewing.

Thanks for the input. I was going to do a FWH with .5 of Chinook and Colombus…I think I will stick to that and follow the rest of what you have there. Cheers!
