I found 5 ounces of Centennial Hops from an old Three Hearted Ale clone kit in my basement that I never used. The kit may be 2-3 years old and the hops were never refrigerated. There are 5-one ounce bags all which are in the vacuum seal packaging and each are 9.2% Alpha. Can they still be used or should I pitch them?
IMO, still worthy.

You’ll know when you open the hops package. They’ll either smell lovely or smell something like cheese. If they smell lovely then use them late like pinnah said. Wouldn’t hurt to have a backup plan in place JIC… Cheers!!!
