I like having the rating stars. It makes comparison shopping of similar items a lot easier. I always take them with a grain of salt and read a few reviews to see why any low ratings were given. Often a problem is on the reviewer’s end.
I’m glad they’re back as well and for the same reasons. I would like to think that the folks at NB would also use them to make themselves aware of a product that isn’t performing as it should (either because it is junk or user error, in which case maybe instructions or descriptions aren’t clear).
