Thoughts on adding Honey to NB Cream Ale? When should I add and how much?
Sure but what are you looking for. You would have to add alot to get any flavor which will make it dry and fizzy. Better off adding corn sugar if your going for commercial level fizz. You could steep some honey malt I suppose

Unless you have a cheap free source as @brew_cat says you will have to add a few pounds to taste it and by then you beer will be dry and thin. I would use honey malt to get that flavor if you really want it. Or make a mead/ braggot
