Hey waiter there's a bug in my yeast

Started up some saved yeast and it’s looking good excepted I noticed a small bug in there. He’s been in there since the boil I believe since everything has been sealed since collection. I think he is completely fermented .

You gotta come up with a really good name for this beer!

“bug-a-brew”, “skeeter pee”, “fermented flea”, …

At least he won’t drink much.

I think your right. Those are good but it’s a saison so I’m thinking maybe Bug Season or just plain old Bug.

You might want to adjust your bittering by a point or two… :mrgreen:
