I prefer beers towards the malty side of the hop/malt balance. I’m beginning to gain an appreciation for stronger amounts of hop aroma and flavor, but am still not a fan of beers where the hop bitterness really comes through.
I vote for Waldo Lake Amber, although the others sound good too. WLA is delicious - excellent malt character and aroma, with just enough hops to balance. With such a small amount of hops, this one tends to lose its hop character fairly soon, so enjoy it fresh.
