One of my brewclub buddies has used them. He bought them specifically because he liked the idea of the watermelon flavor. I’ll see if I can get a sample of that beer.

Just brewed a batch yesterday with these. APA.
The aroma did not knock my socks off.
I also didn’t smell the described watermelon/ strawberry. We’ll see what the finished beer tastes like.
Bittered with 0.50 oz Apollo and hit it with 2 oz 342 at 10 min and 2 oz 342 at 2 min. I’ll DH with 2 oz of 342 as well.
US-05 for the yeast. Bubbling away right now.

Nothing wholly unique about this but, it’s only been 5 or 6 days on the gas and was still a bit “yeasty” being the first pour.
All in all, I’m expecting a quaff-able APA without any specific hops aroma or flavor.
I’ll repost after a few more days for carbonation and a bit more conditioning.

Sounds like I’ll be sticking to my Falconers Flight hops!
All in all, it’s just fine. 8)
Nothing really special about these hops in my opinion. They made a very easy drinking APA, but I doubt that I’d use them again.
I think I have 2 oz left that I may add to a dry hop along with something else. Centennial maybe.
Not going to be the next Amarillo or Simcoe by any stretch of the imagination! :lol:
Now, Mosaic on the other hand… 8)
