im lookin to brew a hazelnut wheat using liberty hops ans lookin for the best way to get the hazelnut flavor,any suggestions?
I made a hazelnut brown ale a while back. I added 1 oz. of Watkins Hazelnut Extract to the bottling bucket. I guess I’m not a hazelnut fan like I thought I was… Never again! Cheers, and happy brewing!!!
I had the same experience with the extract. I do like Rogue’s Hazelnut Porter, though. Not sure what they use.
