I have a question concerning cider sweeteners. I have made a few small batches of cider in the past, but I just watched the “How to make Hard Cider” video in where they use a wine sweetener and some concentrated apple juice to sweeten finished cider. My question is if anyone has used AGAVE to sweeten cider? I plan to try this out, but wonder if anyone has done this yet?
