I have a 3 gallon fermenting vessel and would like to try some of your recipes. Can I just cut the ingredients in half? How do I store the unused portions? Newbie but want to try several of your recipes.
This board is rarely monitored by the folks at Northern Brewer. I’m assuming you are asking about their recipes/kits?
If you look at the kits in the store, you can view the ingredients by looking at the “additional information” tab.
Yes, just cut the ingredients in half for a 2.5 gallon batch. Or, enter the ingredients in a program that has a “scale” feature to make it any size you want. StrangeBrew, ProMash, BeerTools and other should all have this feature. Even after the “trial period” is over.
