I’ve had most of Great Divide’s beers and I’ve noticed that the grain bill on many of their beers seem quite similar. There is a grainy taste in their beers that I’ve never found anywhere else. I can’t seem to place it. Whatever it is, they seem to use it in most of their beers. It is definitely not from the hops and it doesn’t seem to be anything to do with the yeast.
Anyone have any ideas? It is driving me crazy.
