A friend new to brewing came by to watch my all grain brew of West Coast Blaster (Brewing Classic Styles).
Sunny cool morning, temps right on.
Good tunes, good coffee, good conversation…not to mention extra hands!
3 1/2 hours flew by.
Agreed, great day to brew. Bit windy here in NJ but nothing my homemade shanty-town style wind stopper didn’t carry me through. Should have taken a picture, haha. Brewed up my LHBS’s hefe recipe… supposedly ready in 10 days!
