Gravity Testing Question

I broke my hydrometer last night and need to test my FG tonight. Any chance there’s a home DIY way to test the FG with stuff found in most homes? I know is a bit of a reach.

If you have a good scale (1/10 gram) and a container with precise volume measurement, you could come up with the density of your liquid.

250 mL, 275.0 grams, gravity: 1.100
250 mL, 252.5 grams, gravity: 1.010
x (mass)/ y (volume) = density
etc.

Why?

You may want to test your gravity. But there is no necessity to.

I know there’s no need to test it, the abv is what it is. I just like to know what that might be. I bottled anyway without knowing since I didn’t have a scale that would measure to a tenth of a gram. But it is good to know there is a way to determine SG without a hydrometer if necessary.
