If I want to make mostly golden ales and wheat ales I would probably want to use Cascade and amarillo hops and what yeast???
Good ole wyeast 1056.
I use WY1056. A dry yeast alternative would be US-05.
I would go with 1056. Like Flars says, US-05 would be a good alternative, though IMO not quite as clean as 1056.
US-05 dry yeast is the easiest and my favorite.
1056 it is…where do you get yours and how long does it last??
