What yeast would you use for a nice simple golden ale,4.5%,cascade hops and slight citrus/little wheat…
similar to Goose Island 312 Ale but a little better than that…
I’d use cal ale wlp 001/Safale us-05 for a clean beer, if you want a little esters then you could go with wlp002 or wlp007 or any English yeast you like.
