This American Pale Ale is meticulously handcrafted for full floral hop aroma and flavor. Brewed with grains from America’s heartland - Simcoe® for bittering, Amarillo® and Cascade (both dry hopped) for aromatics - this beer finishes crisp and clean. Have a few and your freshly mowed lawn will still have arrow-straight lines.
Grain 2 Row, Pale, Vienna, Caramel 20, Carapils
Hops Simcoe®, Amarillo®, Cascade
ABV 4.5%
IBU 32
So here’s what I have. I know the abv and ibu are a touch high, but I am ok with both. From there website, they say that they use the cascade and amarillo as dry hop. But I was thinking of doing an 2min addition and dry hop as well. Also debating cutting the 2-row down a notch and adding a small amount of sugar to dry it out.
Thoughts?
