Gluten free recipe

I have a recipe using White Sorghum syrup, 3 1/2 oz Cascade hops and Danstar Nottingham Dry yeast. The recipe came from The recipe calls for using honey to carbonate, but I would prefer to use priming sugar, would that effect the flavor. My brother-in-law likes Redbridge beer the best out of the Gluten Free beers available. How do you think this will taste?


Doesn’t matter what you use for carbonation - there’s so little there that it won’t have any impact on flavor (within reason - I imagine if you used D180 syrup you might have a little flavor).
