I just got a used keg from NB, but for some reason i can’t seem to get the disconnect on the liquid post. Gas is on fine, no leaks- but the liquid won’t go on for some reason. 
can anyone give me any tips for helping (i.e. forcing 
) it on?
and… with the nb used keg kits – should i expect that the posts should be attachable, or is it possible they aren’t?
Is it possible you have the QDs reversed?
i don’t think i did. (black: liquid, grey: gas).
but… i tried again, and once i thought i had a seat, i forced the pull ring around the QD down, and then it locked. so it now works!
Do you have some lube? You can pick up a little plastic tub in the plumbing section of any hardware store. Should be by the o-rings and faucet repair parts.
