German Wheat Ale

I am on week 2 of my fermentation of a German Wheat Ale. OG was 1.048, Gravity now is 1.012. I have it in a fermentation chamber at 62 degrees F. The air lock is still bubbling pretty consistently. Should I give it more time, or keg it?

Cheers,

I would give it a full two weeks, check the gravity, and if it hasn’t changed, bottle it.

Welcome to the forum, BTW…

Thanks. It has been a full two weeks. I think I will check the gravity again!

You can warm it up now to speed things up. Other than that, leave it alone until it’s done fermenting.
