I absolutely love this beer kit. Is there an all grain version or something similar so I can take a peek at the grain bill?

I think drying hopping with cascade would be stellar and I could just buy the extract kit again but what is the fun in that?

I only found a 1 gallon kit. Do you have a link?

So far they only have the one gallon kit. I e-mailed them asking about their specialty grains, if they are going to making a bigger kit, or suggest something similar to the German Blonde. So far they said the Kolsch would be the closest but I am still waiting on a response to see if they will give me the list for the specialty grains.
