German Alt

Finally has time to taste this beer after being away on vacation. Great beer. Great taste, despite some temperature control problems.

I think this is up next on my docket. Can’t say I have even ever had the style, but still want to try giving it a try.

Docket is such a weird word. Docket. Always reminds me of this Pearl Jam song where Eddie Vedder says that.
German beer sure tastes good.

Scott Stapp from Creed also “No appeal on the docket today…”
I gotta give ya a big +a billion on German beers tasting good. My golden dragon is the Augustiner Helles Bier. I make that one perfectly, I may never brew anything else again!

Notice my signature.

Dusseldorf Altbier, lagering right now. Can’t wait for this beer finish up!!!

Yes sir! I think I maybe be moving towards brewing more lagers than ales. Although patience is a big thing with brewing lagers. It’s so hard to wait…
I love helles, dunkel, festbier/marzen, schwarzbier. Admittedly I haven’t had many altbiers. They are a little hard to find. The German beer I tend not to like so much is hefeweizen/dunkel weizens.
I totally used to listen to Creed when they first came out…
