Just thought I’d throw this out there: Galaxy hops are frakkin awesome. Galaxy/Citra/Amarillo is about as tasty a combo as I’ve ever tasted.
I can’t wait to try these out. I’ve got half a pound in the freezer just waiting to be put to good use.
