I recently received the Dundalk Irish Heavy kit as an early birthday present and am planning on brewing this Sunday. Even though the instructions are for a partial boil, would I be able to do a full boil with the supplied ingredients?
I believe that all the extract or PM kits are written as partial boils.
There is no reason not to do a full boil with the kits. Hop utilization may be a little better. But I don’t know if you could taste the difference.
Always do a full boil whenever possible.you,ll get better hop utilization and a litlle less carmalization wich affexts color and some times flavor. :cheers: Tank
