Freezer Control Setting

I just built my first Keezer.
I bought the regulator to control the temp. I have the freezer plugged into it but I am not sure what I should set the freezer temperature to.
The freezer temps go from OFF to 7.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I would just set the freezer on high and let it go at that. Your temperature controller is going to be doing all the work regulating the temperature.

Also, to keep your freezer from cycling on/off too much, put the temperature probe in a very small bottle of water with a couple drops of bleach in it.
