Freezer chest cleaning

Anyone have any tips on clean a freezer chest with a collar on it. Because of the collar I can’t reach the bottom of it for cleaning. I put towels on the bottom that help but I still need to put the thing on its side to get inside and clean it. It was originally my keezer but now it is just a temp controlled fermentation space, but I still need the extra height that the collar gives so I can put a carboy on the motor shelf.

Hire a kid?

A mop or something else with a long handle.

Mop sounds good. Or just use a stepping stool to climb in, that’s what I did when it was time to re-caulk.

Telescopic flat floor mop is the way that I would go.

Small broom if it needs a little scrubbing, and put a 2X4 under one end so the compartment drain will be on the low end.

It’s good to know others do this. I felt funny climbing in to clean the corners I couldn’t get with a mop. That was the best solution I could come up with.
