I recently picked up a sixer because it sounded good and I’m really enjoying it. I’m an extract brewer now and would like to find a clone recipe for this, any suggestions?
That is a tasty Porter indeed. I do not have a clone for that beer (would love one) but I just brewed an American Porter, here is the recipe:
6.6lbs Muntons Extra Lite LME
8 oz Carmel 60L
8 oz Chocolate Malt
4 oz Black Malt
1 oz Centennial @ 60 min (10.3 AA)
1 oz Centennial @ 10 min (10.3 AA)
White Labs 001 Yeast
