Yep - another case of knuckleheadedry at its finest.

Started a batch of Pino Grigio on Jan 11 - put it in my AV closet which is a constant 70F.

Saw it yesterday when I had to reset my modem. :expressionless:

Airlock even had a drop of water in it which surprised me.

Wish I’d done this with a cheap kit. How bad is it going to be?

I’ll drink it anyway - or theres gonna be a lot of white wine sauce chicken in my house over the summer

To answer your question though, I think you should be fine.

Just process it as normal.
