Ok question on the gas hook up. I have seen some youtube vids where some guys are connecting the gas to the beverage side while force carbing and others do it the other way.
What do most of you do? What is the best way? And why hook to bev side?

Some have a theory that hooking to the beverage side will carb the beer a little faster since the gas is bubbling up through the beer from the bottom. It probably will, but you would have to switch the connector types and that would be a PIA.
I prefer the set and forget method of hooking up to gas and drink something else while you wait 7-10 days for it to carb up. No different that waiting for bottles to carb.
