Floating grain in the mash

Hey! I’m having trouble with all of the grain in my mash floating to the top and not being able to keep water above the grain bed. Messing with my efficiency big time. Any thoughts about what to do different? I’m on a 20 gallon system with auto sparge.

Sounds to me they are not being crushed correctly. I notice when I have some “floaters” they aren’t crushed.
