I’m brewing a summer wheat ale tomorrow. Last time I used flaked wheat but alas I have no flaked wheat. I have toasted wheat or flaked oats. Any opinions?
What’s the toasted wheat is it dingemans toasted wheat.

Well it’s in ill let you know. The recipe ale for 2lbs I only had 1 1/4 so I added 1/2lb more of carapils.
