I have some rye malt that I need to use up. I also have 1 lb. of oak smoked wheat that I bought on a whim. Here is what I was thinking of making.

          1 oz Cascade (Whole, 5.50 %AA) boiled 60 minutes.
        Yeast: Lallemand 3767 Nottingham
