You thought right…we do disagree…just no rise in BP and I believe our disagreement lies in the context.
I believe some styles, like the west coast style IPAs among others, require a sharper bitterness. In those cases FWH can not replace 60 minute bittering hops.
That was my point when I said FWH is “not the same” bitterness as 60 minute hops. IBU measurements notwithstanding.
