First time AG question about fermentation time

Last Sunday I did Chocolate Milk Stout All-Grain Kit and after 4 days looks like the primary fermentation is done (no more bubble coming out the airlock) is that too soon?? should I wait few more days before the second fermentation

Also on the instruction OG should be 1.049, but my read was at 1.051. Is that good or bad??

Usually fermentation slows way down or completes after 3 or 4 days. After that is all up to the individual. Some transfer right to secondary for 2 weeks total or some just leave it in primary(skipping secondary) for 2, 3 or 4 weeks then keg or bottle. I usually ferment only in primary for 2 weeks then keg and condition 2 more weeks.

Lack or airlock activity is no indication that fermentation is finished. Let it sit for 10-14 days and allow the yeast time to do their thing.

thanks
