2 gallon batch. 6 lbs of Orange Blossom. Champagne yeast. Here is my issue… I want to add cinnamon sticks (4), 4 Tbsp of sweet orange peel and vanilla beans (4)… What are my sanitation concerns if any? Hints suggestions comments?

You could soak it all for a couple days in small amount of a neutral vodka.
