First cider batch

I just brewed my first batch of cider on the 10th of this month. I pressed organic apples that a friend picked and put a gallon in a glass jug with an airlock. I cleaned everything but I didn’t think to sterilize it all. Is that a fatal mistake? The cider has stopped bubbling and has clarified now fifteen days later. I didn’t use any Camden tablets or yeast because I wanted to make an all natural drink. Is it ready now to be racked and bottled or should I rack it and return it to the jug for a while? thx

Dude, You forgot to sanitize, why bother with the Cam.Tabs? I would rack it , taste it and not waste any more time bottling it. let it clear a little longer rack it again to a sterial jug and crash cool it in the fridge. Then drink it and think about your mis step. and try again…

Sorry i mis-read your post, let it ride, you might get lucky or not?
