I was fortunate to get 4 gallons from buddy. I started my very first hard cider last night. It is non pastuerized so I got some camden tablets, grounded them, and put them in the cider. I then added sugar.
Should I have waited till after the camden tablets to take care of business then add sugar, or it is okay to add with camden tablets?
