First Brew Since October

Glad to get a brew session in, it has been too long since my last! Here is what I brewed, gotta say even though it has been 5 months…the brew day went smooth and easy. I love smelling my centennial and warrior hops! I set up the recipe in BrewR for Android and was able to email it to myself in the below format…pretty cool.

Warrior 1.00oz 15.0% AA Pellet @ 60 min, 49.1 IBU
Centennial 1.00oz 9.0% AA Pellet @ 15 min, 14.6 IBU
Warrior 0.50oz 15.0% AA Pellet @ 15 min, 12.2 IBU
Centennial 1.00oz 9.0% AA Pellet @ 0 min, 0.0 IBU

California Ale yeast 1.0 unit(s), Yeast Safeale US-05

[Recipe Notes]
strike water at 170° F
mashed in @ 155F for 1 hour

Looks yummy. I love warrior hops.

They smell just as good as centennial, which is a favorite of mine.
