I started my first brew. I created some Bavarian Hefe. Followed my instructions in the brewing process to make it. First week I didn’t see the temps were 50. 2nd week moved in doors to keep my temps around 65. I attached some pics in the process. But my question I have is my foam had hasn’t fallen and the burping in my bubbler hasn’t slowed down… :shock: did I do something wrong or wait it out till the foam head falls before bottling?
I’m thinking your fermentation process is just taking longer because of the 50 degree temps at the beginning. Just wait it out until it stops fermenting and the krausen falls, and you’ll be fine.
