This may be an undue concern - First time brew of Kit Carribuo Slobber. Mixed per instructions, transferred to the fermentation carboy, pitched the yeast at approx 2000 hrs on the 15th. the next morning (yesterday) good head of “Froth” actively bubbling through the air loc. Last Night, bubbling slowed to approx 2 / minute, Froth head subsided. This morning, bubbling rate at 1 / minute. I thought the active period should last for about 2 days?? Is This normal, good temp for fermentor, dry yeast used per the kit .
