Well I started this adventure later than I wanted to, but I finally got around to brewing my own beer!
Brewed my first all grain batch, a Caribou Slobber kit from NB. Hit my numbers, poured my yeast starter in, and we are on our way! Can’t wait to taste it in a few weeks.
Been reading these forums for a while, brewed the Dennybrew way (thanks Denny), now I am relaxing and having a homebrew. Thanks everyone for their posts, knowledge and time.
