Fiberous strands floating in yeast starter

I have these fibers floating around in my starter…I was very careful to clean/sanitize…The fiberous particles are not visable in the photo and Its hard to see the “fibers” in person unless you really look close…There is no film or pellicle…Very flat looking no activity cause its been in the fridge to cold crash for the past few days The yeast cake is cream colored with some darker layers…Im using wy1388 stepped up from 1.5L to 3L…Is this a dumper?..Thank you

It’s probably coagulated protein. Smell the starter and taste the spent wort. If it tastes fresh and yeasty, it’s probably fine.

Yeah but wouldn’t coagulated protein be more chunks then thin fibers? Well im gonna wait til brew day to decant and taste/smell…Hopefully its not sour…cheers

What strain of yeast. Some look like egg drop soup.

Edit, I see you posted the strain, but I am not familiar with it.
